- Loop: Patient communication and care coordination platform
- ValveTraq+: Cardiac valve surveillance and monitoring system
- Anamarc: Anesthesia management and documentation solution
- Related software applications, integrations, and support services
3. User Eligibility and Registration
3.1 Eligibility
Our Services are intended for use by healthcare professionals, healthcare organizations, and authorized personnel. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
3.2 Account Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Maintain and update your account information
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

8. Payment Terms
If you subscribe to paid Services:
- Fees are due according to your subscription agreement
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

- Overdue accounts may result in service suspension
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clinical Softworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clinical Softworks from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms:
- With 30 days' written notice for convenience
- Immediately for material breach of these Terms
- As required by law or regulation
Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, and we will handle your data according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
